Every three years, UMC Health System, and other not-for-profit hospitals, must conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA). The CHNA serves as an important tool in planning UMC’s future strategic initiatives, and is not just a “Lubbock” assessment; we are hoping for input from our neighboring communities. A broad range of participants with a variety of social, cultural and economic backgrounds will provide a more complete picture of health needs in our area. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your participation.
